Shipping to Greece

Orders for ready-made goods are shipped the next business day. Otherwise, they are shipped within 2-4 days, depending on the case.
The orders are sent by Courier company, with the most competitive prices on the market. In exceptional cases of inaccessible areas, large or heavy shipments will be considered on a case by case basis. You can also track the progress of your order.

 

Shipping Abroad

Orders for ready-made goods are shipped the next business day. Otherwise, they are shipped within 2-4 days, depending on the case.

Shipments abroad are made by registered parcel, through ELTA.

Delivery time in Europe is within 4-6 working days while in other foreign countries in 10-15 working days, from the day of payment.

 

You are informed directly about the shipping cost.

Any extra charge that may be imposed by a country outside the European Union is paid by the customer. Our online store may not be aware of any possible additional charges.

Overseas orders can be paid by Deposit to a Bank Account or Via PayPal before sending the goods. Due to the inability to calculate the shipping cost, for all destinations, during the completion of the order, please contact by phone or email: info@xartogonia.gr, for additional information and the completion of the order.

 

Clarifications
If any of the goods you ordered are not available, then we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible, to inform you of the possible delivery time.
In this case, you have the option, if you feel that this period does not satisfy you, to request the cancellation of your order or the specific product. Any remaining order of yours can be executed normally.

RETURN POLICY

 

You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 days from the date you receive them. Conditions for the return of the products are: to be in their original packaging, to be accompanied by the card of the manufacturer and to present the retail receipt or the invoice. The return is done by the following procedure:

 

1. The customer sends an email to the email address info@xartogonia.gr with his request or contacts by phone at 210 2834266.
2. The product is delivered, by the customer or sent, at the customer’s expense, to our store (“HARTOGONIA”, 74 Pefkon, Metamorfosi, 14451, Athens) enclosing the purchase receipt during the hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 19:00 .
